I saw him walking out of the shoe store I was in. After a minute

or two, I approached him and said "Excuse me, are you a musician?"

He said "Yes" with a smile. Then I said, "Do you play bass?" He said

"Yes." I ask, "Have you been playing for over 20 years on the road?"

I said, "You are Alan Jackson's bass player arent you?" He

laughed and said "Yes" Anyway, I have always seen this guy on TV

growing up watching Alan. We walked down the mall for about 10

minutes while making small talk. Great guy and very humble.
